Is it possible to cancel a purchase?

 

We are unable to alter or cancel your order after it has been confirmed. If you discover that you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it for a refund within 3 weeks of the purchase date, subject to our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

 

Is it possible for me to ask for a price reduction?

 

We do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased marked down or clearance items at this time. If you are not fully happy with your online purchase, you have 3 weeks from the date of purchase to return it. Returns are accepted with either a receipt or a shipment confirmation email. Your receipt is the packaging slip that comes with your order.

Updates to COVID's Return Policy

You may return items purchased online using our return-by-mail service.

 

You may notice delays in the processing of returns as a result of the additional health and wellness standards we've implemented in our online fulfillment center.

 

Mailing a Return for an Online Purchase

 

Items returned by mail will receive a full refund provided they arrive at our warehouse with a receipt/packing slip within 3 weeks of the order date.

 

Note that unless the product is damaged, a return shipping and handling fee will be removed from your refund. Bring your online purchase to a HomeGoods store near you to avoid paying for return shipping and handling.

 

Follow These Steps To Complete A Mail-In Return:

 

  • Please use the return shipping label included on your receipt.
  • Include a copy of your shipment confirmation email or your receipt with your package.
  • Return the box to the shipping carrier specified on your return label receipt.

 

If the item does not arrive at our warehouse within 3 weeks of your purchase date, you will be given a merchandise credit (which may only be used in our stores).

 

  • Without a receipt/packing slip or a shipment confirmation email, the item is returned.
  • With a gift receipt, the item is returned.
  • A gift card was used to partially or fully purchase the item.
  • PayPal was used to pay for the item.

When can I expect my refund?

A refund will be issued to your original method of payment if the item is returned within 40 days of the order date with a receipt/packing slip.

 

You'll Get A Merchandise Credit (That Can Only Be Used At Our Stores):

If the item is not returned within 3 weeks of your order date, you will be charged a restocking fee.

The item is returned without a receipt, packing slip, or email confirming delivery.

A gift receipt is attached to the item when it is returned.

A gift card was used to purchase the item in part or in its entirety.

Standard shipping is free when you spend $89 and enter the code “SHIP89” within the Apply Code field in the bag or checkout.

If you spend less than $89, the cost of shipping is based on the purchase amount and shipping method. Please note some states require tax to be charged on the shipping and handling/freight line.

Standard Shipping Costs:

Purchase of $0 - $99.99 = $8.99 shipping

Purchase of $100+ = $9.99 shipping

Note: Gift Cards ship for free when the standard shipping method is selected during checkout.

Express Shipping Costs:

Purchase of $0 - $99.99 = $18.99 shipping

Purchase of $100+ = $19.99 shipping

Expedited Shipping Costs:

Purchase of $0 - $99.99 = $25.99 shipping

Expedited takes 2–4 business days

Please allow extra time for delivery of oversized products, oversized orders, items with special shipping charges, and destinations outside the 48 contiguous United States. Standard delivery timeframes do not apply to shipments to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. It may take up to 5 extra business days for these shipments to arrive.
